Scheduled Delivery, Silver Liquid Mercury Pricing & Delivery Costs<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

1. Delivery Schedule<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>

  • Within South Africa:<\/strong>\u00a0Delivery is completed within\u00a024 to 48 hours<\/strong>\u00a0after\u00a0confirmation of payment<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Outside South Africa:<\/strong>\u00a0Delivery is completed within\u00a048 to 72 hours<\/strong>\u00a0after\u00a0confirmation of payment<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Urgent \/ Express Delivery<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

    Requests for urgent deliveries (e.g., overnight delivery) may be subject to additional charges.<\/span>
    Our Sales Department will advise accordingly.<\/span><\/p>

    3. Delivery Outside South Africa (Export Shipping)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

    Delivery outside South Africa is generally arranged via:<\/span><\/p>

    • Air Freight or Sea Freight, depending on the quantity and shipment requirements.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • For urgent consignments, Air Freight can be arranged to expedite delivery.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Hazardous Goods & Shipping Conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

      As many of our products are classified as hazardous materials, the following conditions apply:<\/span><\/p>

      • Heavy orders cannot normally be dispatched via Courier Service, except for sample orders.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Certain export shipments may require an import and\/or export license, which may delay the delivery if the required licenses are not readily available.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Shipments involving mixed hazard products depend on approval and acceptance by the shipping line.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Some products may cause shipping challenges due to hazard incompatibility and may need to be shipped separately, which may result in additional costs.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        5. Charges & Documentation<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

        • Additional charges may apply for refundable or non-standard containers and\/or packaging.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • All freight charges and documentation charges will be listed separately on invoices and quotations.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          While we will make every effort to ensure shipments are processed quickly and efficiently, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:<\/span><\/p>
