Within South Africa: Delivery is completed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation of payment.
Outside South Africa: Delivery is completed within 48 to 72 hours after confirmation of payment.

Requests for urgent deliveries (e.g., overnight delivery) may be subject to additional charges.
Our Sales Department will advise accordingly.

Delivery outside South Africa is generally arranged via:

Air Freight or Sea Freight, depending on the quantity and shipment requirements.
For urgent consignments, Air Freight can be arranged to expedite delivery.

As many of our products are classified as hazardous materials, the following conditions apply:

Heavy orders cannot normally be dispatched via Courier Service, except for sample orders.
Certain export shipments may require an import and/or export license, which may delay the delivery if the required licenses are not readily available.
Shipments involving mixed hazard products depend on approval and acceptance by the shipping line.
Some products may cause shipping challenges due to hazard incompatibility and may need to be shipped separately, which may result in additional costs.

Additional charges may apply for refundable or non-standard containers and/or packaging.
All freight charges and documentation charges will be listed separately on invoices and quotations.
